These terms govern your use of glowporn-network.com, the public portal of the glowporn network. By using this site you accept them.

What this site is

This portal is an informational website: the network's front door and Help Center. It sells nothing, holds no user accounts, and processes no payments. Visiting member sites, joining a membership, or using the network's other services is governed by those services' own terms, not these.

Age

The network's content is adults-only. This portal carries no explicit media, but it describes adult services and is intended for readers 18 years or older (21 where applicable).

Acceptable use

You may read, link to and quote this site. You may not attempt to disrupt it, overload its forms, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or misuse the contact or piracy forms (including submitting false reports or third-party personal data you have no right to submit).

Intellectual property

The glowporn name, this site's design, its help articles and the network's content are the property of the network and its licensors. Linking is welcome; republishing articles or network content as your own is not. If you believe network content is published somewhere it should not be, use the piracy report form.

Submissions you send us

Anything you send through our forms is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We treat submissions as enquiries to process, not as content we may publish — you grant us no rights beyond replying to you and acting on your report.

This site links to the network's own member sites and partner properties, and occasionally to third parties. We are not responsible for other sites' content or terms.

No warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Help articles describe the network's services in good faith and in general terms; where a member site's own policy and an article disagree, the member site's policy governs for its service. To the extent permitted by law, the network is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this portal.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above moves with any change. Continued use after a change means acceptance of it.
