Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 September 2026.
This portal (glowporn-network.com) is the public website of the glowporn network: a marketing hub and Help Center that routes visitors to the network's member sites and partner properties. The portal itself sells nothing, holds no user accounts, and processes no payments. This policy explains what the portal collects and why.
What we collect
- Contact and piracy-report form submissions. If you use the contact form or the piracy report form, we store what you submitted: your name, email address, message, and — for piracy reports — the brand and URLs you flagged. We also store the country code from the request and a one-way, daily-rotated hash of your IP address for abuse prevention. We never store raw IP addresses.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and delivery.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which help articles are read. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Why we collect it
Form submissions are processed to answer your enquiry or action your piracy report. Hashed IP addresses and rate counters exist solely to prevent abuse of the forms. Analytics exists solely to improve the Help Center.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are deleted after 12 months. Piracy-report submissions are kept for up to 24 months (takedown follow-ups can be slow). Submissions classified as spam are deleted after 30 days. Rate-limiting records are deleted after 30 days.
Who processes it
The portal runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database storage, the Turnstile bot check on our forms, and outbound email delivery). Google processes analytics data under its own terms. No other third party receives your form submissions.
Member sites are separate
The network's member sites (for example twynkworld.com) are separate services with their own accounts, payments and privacy policies. This policy covers this portal only.
Your rights and contact
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by writing through our contact form. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.
